This program is designed to create a standardized framework for supervisors to work at ºÚÁÏÍø. It uses a humanistic approach aligned with the ºÚÁÏÍø learning competencies involving not only the operational aspects of being a supervisor but also the other aspects that include social, intellectual and practical skills required to be a supervisor.
