Great Elm Capital Corp. (鈥淕ECC鈥�) Declares $0.05 Per Common Share Special Cash Distribution and Approves First Quarter 2025 Distribution of $0.37 Per Common Share

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Dec. 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Great Elm Capital Corp. (the 鈥淐ompany鈥� or 鈥淕ECC鈥�), (NASDAQ: GECC), a business development company, today is pleased to declare a special cash distribution of $0.05 per common share (the 鈥淪pecial Distribution鈥�). The Special Distribution will be payable on January 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2024.

In addition, the Company鈥檚 Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash distribution of $0.37 per share for the first quarter of 2025 (the 鈥淔irst Quarter 2025 Distribution鈥�), equating to a 14.5% annualized yield on the Company鈥檚 closing market price on December 16, 2024 of $10.24. The First Quarter 2025 Distribution will be payable on March 31, 2025 to stockholders of record as of March 17, 2025.
