Cadence Design Systems has completed the acquisition of BETA CAE Systems International, a leading provider of multi-domain engineering simulation solutions. This acquisition enhances Cadence's system analysis portfolio, unlocking a multi-billion-dollar TAM opportunity in structural analysis.
